Maersk in Spain is seeking a Customs Declarant to join our team in Valencia. You will handle import/export and transit declarations, ensuring regulatory compliance while coordinating with customers and authorities.

The role requires prior customs clearance experience, strong English, and proficiency with MS Office. We value attention to detail and a proactive, service-oriented mindset in a collaborative, value-driven environment.

Formación

• Experience in customs clearance or import/export operations.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and declaration preparation.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Interest in digital tools and AI to improve productivity.
• Detail-oriented with proactive, customer-focused approach and team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and submit import/export/transit customs declarations.
• Manage customs clearance activities and coordinate with customers, authorities, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Review documentation, resolve issues, ensure smooth shipment flows.
• Provide excellent customer service via email, phone, and Teams while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
