IQVIA is seeking a Principal in Global Custom Integrated Research in Barcelona, hybrid role. You will lead senior teams, grow client relationships, and drive revenue through integrated market research solutions across life sciences.

You will mentor talent, shape offerings, and collaborate across Advisory Services and Consulting to deliver innovative insights. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in life sciences consulting, strong market research execution, and a proven track record of selling

Qualifications

10+ years in life sciences or healthcare consulting.
Expertise in primary market research methodologies.
Proven seller of complex engagements to top Pharma/Life Sciences companies

Responsibilities

Own significantly sized accounts and meet revenue targets by developing and delivering valuable solutions.
Lead and grow multiple teams, mentoring talent and guiding senior colleagues.
Develop new commercial offerings and bring innovative solutions to clients across Advisory and Consulting.
