Crossell is looking for a C&S (Credit and Surety) Outsourcing Expert to oversee outsourced Credit Control activities in Madrid. You will ensure high-quality service delivery and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of relevant experience in operational roles, particularly in insurance or financial services. This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring office attendance at least three days per week.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in corporate insurance or broking.
• Experience in third-party management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead outsourced Technical Accounting team and ensure quality standards.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements across credit control activities.
