Job summary

Chemours is seeking a Credit Analyst for the Asturias, Spain site to manage a portfolio of customer accounts and support credit risk management, collections, and reporting. The role offers collaboration across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and senior Credit colleagues in a global organization.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in credit or related analytics, with strong Excel and English communication skills. Experience with SAP/Power BI is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Credit, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Finance, Banking, or similar analytical environment.
• Foundational understanding of financial statements and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of low-to-medium complexity customer accounts.
• Execute collection activities to reduce past-due balances and improve cash flow.
• Investigate payment delays, resolve disputes, and perform account reconciliations with stakeholders.
• Conduct routine credit reviews and recommend appropriate credit limits.
• Analyze financial statements, payment trends and external credit information to assess creditworthiness.
• Monitor customer exposure and escalate emerging credit risks.
• Review and release customer orders within authority levels.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, controls, and audit requirements.
• Maintain customer master data and documentation in SAP.
• Prepare reports, KPI dashboards, and portfolio updates using Excel and Power BI.
• Support process automation and data analysis initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance to manage risk.
