You will guide the brand’s creative direction, lead a high‑performing strategy team, and translate complex market challenges into actionable frameworks that power high‑impact campaigns.

You’ll bridge data, performance, and creative ambition, driving rigorous experimentation and cross‑functional alignment.

Formación

• 8+ years of strategy experience across creative, brand, digital or growth.
• Proven ability to lead managers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to connect business goals, data, and creativity into clear strategies.
• Analytical, performance‑oriented mindset with data‑driven decisions.
• Experience building scalable frameworks, processes, and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the global strategic lead across all business verticals and elevate Strategist Managers.
• Define, evolve, and execute the global creative strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Drive a data‑driven approach to creativity with measurable outcomes.
• Lead prioritization across projects, markets, and verticals.
• Translate complex business challenges into clear strategic directions and frameworks.
• Partner with Marketing, Growth, Leadership and other teams for strategic coherence.
• Oversee the quality of creative strategies, briefs, and outputs.
• Foster continuous optimization using performance data and testing frameworks.
• Lead strategic planning cycles including roadmaps and seasonal initiatives.
• Build dashboards and narratives connecting creative work to business results.
• Mentor and develop Strategist Managers to build a high‑performing team.
• Define scalable systems and workflows to improve efficiency and visibility.
