Horse Technologies in Valladolid, Spain, seeks a seasoned engineer to act as the global technical reference for sand core making and to define robust core-making processes for aluminum casting parts.

You will collaborate with design and manufacturing teams across sites, drive process standardization, support suppliers to meet quality, cost and delivery targets, and lead innovation in core making technologies and automation.

Formación

• Degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering required.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• English fluency; Spanish or French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the global technical reference for sand core making processes.
• Define and validate core making processes for new aluminum casting parts.
• Develop, review, and deploy process standards and specifications.
• Support global manufacturing sites and casting suppliers to meet QCD targets.
• Lead problem-solving and root cause analyses for core-related defects.
• Drive innovation projects in core making technologies (e.g., inorganic binders, automation).
• Collaborate with design engineering for product-process compatibility.
• Conduct feasibility studies for core design and manufacturing.
