Horse Technologies, a division of Horse Powertrain Ltd, is based in Valladolid, Spain, and seeks a senior technical specialist in sand core making. You will define and validate core processes for aluminum casting parts, support global sites, and drive innovations in core making technologies.

Join a dynamic multinational team and contribute to QCD targets while collaborating with design engineers to ensure product-process compatibility. Travel to other sites may be required.

Formación

• A university degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving and technical project management skills.
• Strong process standardization and cross-functional coordination with a collaborative approach.
• Knowledge of the automotive sector and Horse Powertrain business.
• Excellent command of English; Spanish or French valued.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the global technical reference for sand core making processes within HORSE Technologies.
• Define and validate core making processes for new aluminum casting parts. Develop, review, and deploy process standards, best practices, and technical specifications.
• Support global manufacturing sites and casting suppliers to achieve QCD targets.
• Lead problem-solving and root cause analysis for core-related defects.
• Drive innovation projects in core making technologies (e.g., inorganic binders, automation).
• Collaborate with design engineering to ensure product-process compatibility.
• Conduct feasibility studies (technical and economic) for core design and manufacturing.
