Dematic is seeking a Controls Commissioning Engineer to join our Spain team. This hands-on role focuses on electrical and PLC software commissioning on automated warehouse systems at customer sites, ensuring operation meets safety, schedule and specification.
Travel will be international (60-80%), offering exposure to leading automation technologies and opportunities to develop practical skills that advance a career in industrial automation.
Formación
- Electrical/Controls Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with electrical commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of PLC, HMI and SCADA development and commissioning.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (60-80%).
Responsabilidades
- Complete pre-commissioning of standard Dematic solutions per discipline.
- Assist in pre-commissioning non-standard/third-party solutions under guidance.
- Participate in design of semi-complex systems integrating hardware and software.
- Lead commissioning/design efforts for semi-complex areas with assistance.
- Contribute to hotline support and on-site commissioning activities.
- Support host integration and post-go-live on-site activities.
