Impala Terminals Group seeks a Compliance Officer to support the commercial compliance function across multiple geographies and business lines. You will provide expert guidance on ABAC, AML, sanctions and anti-trust while promoting integrity across the organisation.
You will contribute to policy drafting, risk reviews, and integrity training, coordinating with group compliance and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment. Fluent Spanish and English are required.
Main Purpose: The Compliance Officer will support the Impala Terminals Group commercial compliance function, working closely with the Senior Compliance Officer to deliver Impala's compliance programme across multiple geographies and business lines. The role covers a broad range of workstreams, ensuring that Impala Terminals operates in full accordance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and industry standards, while fostering a culture of integrity and ethical conduct throughout the organisation. The role also provides expert guidance and advice on regulatory requirements including ABAC, AML, Sanctions, and Anti-Trust, and acts as a point of contact for compliance queries across the business.
