Job summary

Nexthink is seeking a Senior Global Compensation Manager to steer the company’s global compensation framework across 19 countries. You will lead annual cycles, benchmark data, and set merit and bonus designs, partnering with Finance, Legal, and HR leaders to ensure equitable, scalable reward decisions.

You will use Workday Advanced Compensation and HRIS data to drive insights, optimize processes, and support the company’s growth with practical, business-minded compensation solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant global compensation experience in a multi-country org.
• Hands-on Workday Advanced Compensation experience.
• Experience with AI-driven compensation improvements.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment.
• Experience assessing pay equity and remediation tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve Nexthink’s global compensation framework across 19 countries.
• Lead annual compensation cycles including merit and bonus design.
• Manage market-data benchmarking and band adjustments.
• Oversee pay-equity monitoring and remediation tracking.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and HR partners on offers and relocations.
• Define compensation requirements with HRIS and Workday teams.
