Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a Global Study Manager to support delivery of clinical studies from CSP development through CSR and archiving, coordinating with internal and external partners to meet timelines and quality standards.

The GSM will oversee vendor relationships, drive study documents and plans, manage budgets, and provide status updates and performance metrics across countries, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years of clinical research experience, including global trials leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences, health care, or drug development.
• Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills.
• Proactive, takes initiative and builds strong working relationships.
• Office-based role; comfortable with computers and standard tools during business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy, setup and oversight of key vendors for study deliverables.
• Coordinate Data Management, Regulatory, QA and CRO vendors to meet timelines and quality.
• Plan and conduct internal/external meetings with stakeholders.
• Assist Study Lead with budget management and invoice reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain study documents/plans (e.g., global study management plan).
• Perform Study Lead activities for less-complex studies.
• Delegate and oversee team member responsibilities.
• Lead lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate country teams for start-up and recruitment activities.
• Monitor sites globally and represent monitoring in the CTT.
