Job summary

Mantu, based in Barcelona, seeks a senior marketing leader to drive brand transformation and integrated campaigns worldwide. You will collaborate with Brand, Business and Leadership teams to implement strategies that boost visibility and reputation across channels.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marketing from a leading business school.
• At least 4 years of experience in Corporate Marketing, Brand Marketing or Integrated Communications within an international B2B environment.
• Strong experience managing integrated marketing and communication campaigns.
• Experience using AI-powered marketing tools to improve content creation, campaign execution and productivity is a plus.
• Excellent project management with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders internationally.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Excellent understanding of B2B marketing, digital marketing and LinkedIn strategies.
• Fluent English and French is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead Brand Transformation and rebranding across markets globally.
• Own end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned to business priorities.
• Coordinate activations across content, PR, LinkedIn, events and sites.
• Develop campaign blueprints and ensure consistent execution.
• Increase executive visibility and coordinate thought leadership initiatives.
• Plan and deliver corporate events and executive experiences.
• Manage corporate social media and employee advocacy programs.
• Lead media relations and external visibility efforts.
• Identify awards and partnerships to maximize exposure.
• Measure KPIs and continuously improve campaign performance.
