SITA Group in Barcelona seeks a strategic Brand & Design leader to own the brand strategy, identity system, and creative output across global markets. You will manage the creative director, brand manager, and design team, setting the standard for brand excellence.

This senior role requires a proven B2B branding track record and strong cross-functional influence. You will shape messaging, oversee campaigns, and ensure cohesive experiences across communications, events, and media.

Formación

• 10+ years in brand, design, or creative leadership, with at least 3 in a senior role managing a team
• Proven track record owning and evolving a B2B brand, not just executing against someone else’s framework
• Experience managing creative directors or senior designers, with a clear point of view on what good looks like
• Background in technology, aviation, or another complex industry is an advantage but not required
• Experience in a matrixed global organization with commercial sensitivity to priorities
• Experience managing external agencies from briefing through execution with strong brand consistency
• Direct, decisive and highly organized leadership with ability to manage competing priorities

Responsabilidades

• Build and own the brand platform, architecture, personality, and visual identity
• Own corporate messaging architecture and tone of voice across portfolios
• Direct brand campaigns end to end across paid, owned and earned channels
• Lead design direction and approve internal and agency work
• Oversee brand experiences at major moments and events, ensuring consistent visuals
• Govern brand guidelines, templates, asset library, and scalable review processes
• Lead and develop the brand team to high-quality output
