Lotus in Madrid, Spain seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to originate and lead licensing and co-development deals in generics and biosimilars. You will manage end-to-end transactions from initial conversations to signature, while coordinating with R&D, regulatory, manufacturing and commercial teams.

The role emphasizes global reach with a focus on US/Asia markets, and requires demonstrated ownership of transactions and strong external networking capabilities.

Formación

• 5–8 years in the pharmaceutical industry, focused on generics and biosimilars.
• Proven business development and deal ownership experience.
• Experience with US/Asia markets and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Originate and shape in-licensing, out-licensing and co-development opportunities.
• Build external networks across originators, developers and suppliers.
• Lead or support negotiation of term sheets, LOIs and definitive agreements.
• Coordinate due diligence across technical, regulatory and market workstreams.
• Align sourcing priorities with multiple international business units.
