The Practice Centre is seeking a senior professional to lead business development in pharma licensing, co-development and deals. You will originate ideas, manage conversations through signature, and stay involved post‑close for value creation.

Key focus areas include complex generics and biosimilars, with a global mandate centred on the US and Asia, and selective coverage of Europe within multi-territory structures.

Formación

• 5–8+ years in business development or deal origination in pharma/genomics.
• Experience with licensing, co-development or M&A-adjacent transactions.
• Familiarity with US and Asia markets and cross-border collaboration.
• Strong analytical and quantitative modeling capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing in-licensing, out-licensing and co-development prospects across generics and biosimilars.
• Build and maintain an opportunity map by molecule, dosage form and territory.
• Prepare and present decision-ready materials for senior management.
• Lead or contribute to term sheets, LOIs and definitive agreements.
