The Social Hub in Spain is seeking a bartender who brings passion for drinks, hospitality, and guest engagement. You will craft cocktails, mocktails, and quality non-alcoholic options with precision, while supporting floor operations to ensure a smooth service experience for every guest.

Join our international F&B crew, receive hands-on training, and grow with guidance from a Restaurant Manager. This role includes coverage for leave periods as part of our dynamic hospitality concept.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and guest-service mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks with consistency and flair.
• Deliver warm, engaging service that makes guests feel at home.
• Support food service and other restaurant operations when needed.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu and upcoming events.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and turn complaints into compliments.
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
• Assist with event setup and service, turning spaces into gathering spots.
• Share skills and mentor others to raise the standard of drink service.
