Job summary

The Social Hub in Barcelona is hiring a Bartender through Hosco. You’ll be the heartbeat of the bar, crafting cocktails, serving drinks with precision and warmth, and supporting floor service to ensure a seamless guest experience.

You’ll join a dynamic, international F&B team with hands-on training, guidance from the Restaurant Manager, and clear paths for growth. Hybrid hospitality culture includes employee discounts across Europe and a fair starting salary based on proficiency and role.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; other languages welcome.
• Strong communication and guest‑facing skills.
• Solid multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, from cocktails to non-alcoholic options.
• Deliver warm, engaging service to make guests feel at home.
• Support food service and other restaurant operations when needed.
• Stay knowledgeable about the menu and events to answer guest questions confidently.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and turn complaints into compliments.
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
• Assist with event setup and service for gatherings.
• Share skills and mentor others to raise the team’s standard.
