Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Customer Care specialist to enhance regional workflows, automate processes, and collaborate across Commercial, Technology, and Care teams. The role emphasizes data-driven improvements and scalable onboarding in a remote Spain setting.

Requirements include a business/administration degree and fluency in English, German, and Spanish. Travel is expected at about 5% with access to comprehensive benefits and remote work options.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business/administration.
• Fluency in English, German and Spanish.
• Experience improving sales support workflows with data-driven practices.
• Proficient with workflow/automation/analytics tools (Oracle, Salesforce, MS Office, UIPath).

Responsabilidades

• Support Customer Care excellence by helping implement standardized best practices across the region.
• Improve operational efficiency through workflow automation and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with Customer Care, Commercial, and Technology teams across regions to deliver effective solutions.
• Improve customer onboarding through consistent and practical process design.
• Help customers adopt scalable procurement approaches and define performance metrics, including NPS, to continuously improve customer experience.
