Zurich Insurance Group's ServiZurich unit in Barcelona seeks a Group Audit Intern to contribute to audits, support strategic projects, and coordinate communications across international teams. The internship offers a flexible schedule up to 30 hours per week and exposure to global group initiatives.

You will engage with colleagues across borders, gain practical experience in a multicultural setting, and develop skills in planning, reporting, and process improvement.

Formación

• Active Bachelor’s or Master’s student status with a Spanish university or educational institution is mandatory.
• Currently studying Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business, Strategy and Organisation, Communications or another relevant field.
• Available for a part-time internship of at least 6 months.
• Collaborative and culturally aware, with strong communication skills and an interest in working with international teams.
• Proactive, eager to learn and comfortable taking initiative.
• Confident using Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint and Teams.
• Basic project coordination, task prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas within Group Audit, supporting continuous improvement and evolving ways of working.
• Support the delivery of strategic projects across several workstreams, including planning and reporting, process improvement, automation and agile initiatives.
• Coordinate internal communications to ensure clear, timely and consistent messaging across the Group Audit community.
• Organise and plan Group-wide and leadership meetings.
• Assist with the preparation of content for local and Group-wide team meetings.
• Collaborate with colleagues across an international and multicultural environment.
