Avolta is seeking a Global Internal Audit & Investigations Specialist to support continuous monitoring, analytics, and fraud prevention across its global operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, information systems, data analytics, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supports development and operation of continuous monitoring and auditing routines for selected processes and risks.
• Configures monitoring tests, rules, thresholds, KRIs, and KCIs.
• Prepares recurring monitoring outputs highlighting changes, trends, and data-quality concerns.
• Documents monitoring logic, data sources, ownership, frequency, thresholds, and escalation criteria.
• Contributes ideas to expand monitoring coverage and improve efficiency of routines.
• Performs data extraction, transformation, reconciliation, validation, and analysis.
• Develops analytics scripts, dashboards, and reusable test routines.
• Analyzes full populations to identify anomalies, duplicates, and potential misconduct.
• Reviews exceptions and prepares supporting evidence.
• Performs root-cause and trend analysis for recurring exceptions.
