Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Global Air Logistics Vertical Implementation Manager to lead and oversee complex international customer implementation projects from initiation to stabilization. You will coordinate with Sales, Air Logistics, and vertical leadership to define strategy, deliver on time and within budget, and drive continuous improvements across the vertical.

The role requires at least 5 years of experience in large-scale programs, strong leadership, and a solid background in Air

Formación

• Min. 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Program Manager.
• Strong understanding of Air Logistics operation and processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project definition, scope, and objectives with stakeholders.
• Guide teams, monitor progress, and address deviations.
• Allocate resources and collaborate with functional managers.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate status transparently.
• Ensure quality and compliance with standards (ISO 21205).
• Collaborate with Sales and Air Logistics leadership to drive strategic goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks and manage scope changes.
• Mentor and coach junior managers on vertical requirements.
