Job summary

TMF Group seeks an Accounting & Tax Account Manager to support an international client portfolio. You will collaborate with Accounting Officers, ensuring tax compliance, statutory reporting, and cash management while delivering high-quality services and learning opportunities within a growing team.

The role involves direct client contact, coordination with officers, and a focus on growth and professional development in a dynamic, multilingual environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or similar.
• Ideally 4 years of experience in Accounting & Tax firms or consulting companies.
• Excellent knowledge of Local GAAP & Tax compliance; knowledge about US GAAP/IFRS would be a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with local accounting ERP systems.
• Strong teamwork and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Tax compliance and preparation for client portfolios.
• Cash management and cash flow planning for entities.
• Statutory and corporate reporting.
• Preparation of annual accounts and related reporting.
• Support audit processes and provide data to auditors.
• Training and development support for Accounting Officers.
• Act as primary contact for clients within the portfolio.
