EDP Renewables is seeking a motivated engineering or management student for a full-time internship in Madrid. You will join the project management team, supporting diagnosis and implementation of strategic and organizational projects in a hybrid work setting.

The role involves coordinating stakeholders, drafting action plans, analyzing requirements, and contributing to process improvements. Fluency in Spanish and English, plus strong presentation skills, are essential.

Formación

• Engineering or Management Degree required.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Structured and effective presentation/communication skills (written and oral).
• Motivation and eagerness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Support the diagnosis and implementation of strategic and transversal projects.
• Coordinate stakeholders and drive progress to meet implementation pace.
• Create solid action plans considering interdependencies and risk.
• Analyze the business and gather requirements for innovative solutions.
• Perform benchmarking studies and develop business cases for process areas.
• Help set up infrastructure for transformation: tools, reports, models.
• Support evolution of performance management mechanisms to drive change.

What you will do:

• Part of project management team supporting on the diagnosis and implementation of strategic and transversal, organizational and operational projects
• Help coordinate stakeholders and drive progress to make sure implementation pace target is Met
• Works with involved teams to create solid action plans that can be monitored, foreseeing interdependencies and risk
• Contributes to projects with content work, analyzing the business and gathering relevant Requirements to propose innovative solutions across different areas
• Helps to perform analysis, benchmarking studies (internal and external) and business cases related to process and organization
• Contributes to setting up the infrastructure needed to successfully implement business transformation and process improvement initiatives - tools, reports, models, etc.
• Support evolution of key formal mechanisms (namely performance mgmt.) to drive change as needed.
