Santen is seeking a Surgical Partner in Spain to drive adoption of innovative glaucoma surgical technology. You will collaborate with glaucoma surgeons, hospitals, and key opinion leaders to raise awareness, education, and sustainable adoption of our surgical portfolio.

You will combine clinical expertise, commercial acumen, and relationship-building skills to support healthcare professionals inside and outside the operating room. English proficiency is required.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years' successful sales experience within healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Experience in hospital sales and/or Key Account Management.
• Experience supporting new technologies or procedures in the operating room environment.
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ophthalmology experience is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Build and develop strategic relationships with glaucoma surgeons, hospitals, and key stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within surgical glaucoma accounts.
• Support and conduct clinical and surgical training programs.
• Provide technical expertise and in-theatre support during surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales teams to maximize opportunities.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Manage territory budgets and company resources.
• Maintain accurate customer and territory information in the CRM.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulations.
