Job summary

Qualifications
- Postgraduate, master's or doctoral training in urban and real estate management and valuation.
- Experience with GIS, data processing and spatial analysis in urban contexts.
- Proficiency in Power BI, ArcGIS and QGIS is required.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English, Spanish or Catalan.
Responsibilities
- Carry out analysis of real estate values in Barcelona using cadastral and urban data.
- Develop GIS-based methodologies for urban and environmental assessment.
- Create dashboards and maps for dissemination to funders and partners.
- Prepare technical reports and monitoring documents for research outputs.
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and present results.
