A leading health insurance provider in Madrid is seeking German-speaking Customer Service and Claims Representatives to enhance customer experiences. You will handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and guide customers through the claims process. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. As part of German Week, we’re hiring talented, German‑speaking professionals for two entry-to-intermediate tracks. Apply once and choose your track : Customer Service or Claims. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering clear answers and a great experience.
Experience in a customer-facing role (contact center or service desk a plus). Excellent listening, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Comfort navigating multiple systems and documenting accurately. Fluency in German (C1+) and English.
You’ll guide customers through the claims journey, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and timely outcomes.
Experience in claims, insurance, or healthcare administration is a plus (training provided). Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organization. Clear, empathetic communication with a customer-first mindset. Fluency in German (B2 / C1+) and English.
