WW Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist business customers on a leading online platform. You will handle inquiries via chat and email, delivering high-quality service and documenting interactions.

Relocation support is offered. The role is full-time, based in Greece (Athens) with remote options within Greece, and involves 5 days of work per week with 8-hour shifts across projects.

Formación

• Native or near-native German (C1)
• Fluent English
• Excellent written communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support via chat and email
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and chat
• Accurately document customer interactions
• Continuously learn new tools, products and processes
