💼 German‑Speaking Sales Specialist – Hybrid / Remote (Spain)

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Malaga, Valencia; Remote in the rest of Spain
Work Hours: Full‑time, 39 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated German‑speaking Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities across the German‑speaking market in Spain. You will collaborate with clients to provide tailored solutions, strengthen relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report on sales activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to support campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Fluent German (C1–C2) and good English proficiency.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Results‑driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid or remote model, depending on location.
