Your Role and Impact
As a Remote German-Speaking Sales Representative based in Spain, you will manage the full sales cycle for a portfolio of mid-sized clients within the German market. Your focus will be on driving acquisition, retention, and growth while prioritizing integrity and excellence in client service.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Own the sales process end-to-end to identify, develop, and close opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Pipeline Management: Proactively generate leads and explore opportunities across our product portfolio, including targeting low-engagement accounts.
- Product Sales: Actively promote PC++ products (headsets, displays, care packs) and print transactional solutions.
- Solution Leadership: Collaborate with internal sales and presales specialists to design and deliver tailored, comprehensive solutions.
- Client Relationship Development: Build and strengthen structured communication plans and relationships with key contacts and decision-makers.
- Negotiation & Profitability: Lead pricing and contract discussions, ensuring adherence to global guidelines and achieving profitable outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align strategies and coordinate account initiatives with channel teams.
- Customer Success: Support post-sales activities, including renewals and upsell/cross-sell opportunities, to ensure exceptional client experiences.
What We're Looking For
We seek motivated, curious individuals with a passion for technology and business growth.
- Languages: Fluent German (C1+) and proficient English (B2+).
- Sales Experience: 1–3 years of relevant sales experience managing end-to-end sales cycles for transactional or contractual business.
- Skills: Strong independent prospecting/lead generation capabilities, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
- Relationship Management: Proven ability to engage IT and Procurement decision-makers.
- Location: Must be legally based in Spain with authorization to work remotely.
- Mindset: Adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

- Compensation: Competitive base salary of €21,600 gross/year plus up to €7,400 gross/year in bonus potential.
