We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven German-speaking Account Manager Executive to join our dynamic Sales team. This role is crucial for managing and growing our client base within the high-tech industry. The position offers a hybrid work model in Barcelona, Malaga, or Valencia , or fully remote from other locations within Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with our German-speaking clients, primarily via phone and digital channels.
- Sales Target Achievement : Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets by proactively identifying new business opportunities and upselling / cross-selling to existing accounts.
- Pipeline Management : Manage a robust sales pipeline, from initial lead qualification through to successful deal closure.
- Product Expertise : Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our high-tech products / services to effectively communicate value propositions and tailored solutions to clients.
- Market Analysis : Keep abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors to position our offerings effectively.
- Reporting : Accurately track sales activities, update customer information, and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports using our CRM system.
Requirements (Must-Haves)
- Language Proficiency: Bilingual German (C2) is mandatory.
- B2 English is required for internal communication and documentation.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Sales (Inside Sales, Account Management, Business Development, etc.).
- Legal Status: Must possess a valid Spanish Residence Card or European Union (EU) ID that permits working in Spain.
- High-Tech Interest: A strong interest in or prior exposure to the High-Tech, IT, or Telecommunications industry is a significant advantage.
- Skills: Proven negotiation, communication (both written and verbal), and presentation skills. Highly organized and able to manage time effectively.
Work Environment & Logistics
- Work Schedule : 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 to 18 : 00 (with scheduled breaks).
- Location: Hybrid in our offices in Barcelona, Malaga, or Valencia.
- Fully Remote from any other location within Spain.
- Equipment: All necessary work equipment will be provided by the company (laptop, headset, monitor, etc.).
