You will become a specialist advisor for companies in relation to their online advertising campaigns in the DACH region with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business, working alongside companies with high potential, possible future unicorns, in a tech‑focused environment.
Drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into customers within agreed budget parameters, and strategically expanding those relationships through upselling where feasible. Work with outbound as well as inbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Google Ads products. Be responsible for your own client portfolio, optimizing your clients’ campaigns, and ensuring that customer expectations are met. Target‑driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets. Understand the customer’s requirements and objectives, and match product solutions and marketing strategies. Develop sales strategies aimed at optimizing the market potential and improving customer sales and profit margins. Convert SMB leads into strategic deals by guiding clients through the sales process and setting them up for successful launch of their first Google Ads campaigns.
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. Language skills: C2 level of German and English. 2 years sales experience, particularly in high‑stakes environments. Strong ability to close deals with warm SMB leads by aligning solutions with marketing and business goals. Demonstrated capacity to work independently and consistently deliver results. CRM experience: strong experience managing customer relationships and optimizing CRM tools for growth. Regularly integrates AI tools into workflows and interprets insights for tailored outreach. Excellent communication skills, able to clearly explain complex ideas to various audiences. Thrives in a goal‑oriented environment and contributes to team success. Strong written and verbal presentation skills. Self‑motivated and proactive, with a confident and competitive mindset. Works independently while actively contributing to team efforts. Solid business acumen with the ability to analyze trends and support growth strategies. Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering high‑quality experiences. Specialized skills for the German market: market understanding, problem‑solving, analytical skills, relationship building, cultural awareness, and a deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem in each German region, positioning Google Ads as a valuable solution. Full‑time (39 h / week) hybrid position in Barcelona with a salary of €24.310,00 + up to €4.290,00 gross / year in performance bonuses.
