FH Collective Academy in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Sales & Onboarding Specialist to drive onboarding and growth for international clients in a hybrid, full-time role.

You will onboard new business clients, nurture relationships, and lead outbound sales activities while maintaining CRM records and hitting KPIs in a fast-paced environment. Relocation options included.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Digital Marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping businesses grow.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and online advertising is an advantage.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German
• High level of English
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
