Hiring International in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Sales Onboarding Account Manager to join a dynamic international team. You will onboard new business clients in the German market and guide them through their onboarding journey while helping them maximize the value of their digital advertising solutions.

The role involves building relationships, identifying business opportunities, and working in a fast-paced international environment.

Formación

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2).
• Good level of English (B2 or higher).
• Experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success or Digital Marketing is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• EU Citizenship or valid Spanish work permit is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and onboard a portfolio of new business clients.
• Build strong relationships with customers in the German market.
• Conduct consultative outbound sales activities.
• Understand clients' business objectives and recommend tailored digital advertising solutions.
• Guide customers through the onboarding journey and ensure a seamless experience.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor account performance and provide optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer documentation.

Salary & Benefits

€26,000 Gross Annual Base Salary
Up to €4,000 Gross Annual Performance Bonus
Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to €30,000 Gross per Year
