Hiring International is seeking a German-speaking Sales Onboarding Account Manager in Barcelona. The role combines onboarding new business clients with advisory sales around digital advertising solutions in a hybrid work model (Office + Remote).

Base salary is €26,000 with up to €4,000 bonus and OTE up to €30,000 per year. You will manage client journeys, build German market relationships, and identify upsell opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure an excellent

Formación

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2).
• Good level of English (B2 or higher).
• Experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success or Digital Marketing is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• EU Citizenship or valid Spanish work permit preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and onboard a portfolio of new business clients.
• Build strong relationships with customers in the German market.
• Conduct consultative outbound sales activities.
• Understand clients' business objectives and recommend tailored digital advertising solutions.
• Guide customers through the onboarding journey and ensure a seamless experience.

• Monitor account performance and provide optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer documentation.
