Jobtraffic está formando un equipo de ventas multilingüe en Madrid y busca Representante de Desarrollo de Ventas (SDR) con alemán. Si dominas alemán e inglés y tienes ambición, esta es tu oportunidad de empezar una carrera en ventas de tecnología.

Tus responsabilidades incluyen investigar empresas, contactar decisores, calificar oportunidades y coordinar reuniones para Account Executives, manteniendo CRM actualizado. Ofrecemos formación estructurada y un entorno internacional en Madrid.

Formación

• Dominio del alemán y del inglés.
• Experiencia en ventas o desarrollo de negocio es deseable.
• Capacidad para comunicarse y construir relaciones con clientes.
• Conocimiento de CRM y prospección de clientes.

Responsabilidades

• Investigar empresas y localizar decisores en mercados de habla alemana.
• Usar teléfono, correo y LinkedIn para iniciar conversaciones de negocio.
• Calificar oportunidades y agendar reuniones para los Account Executives.
• Comprender desafíos de negocio e introducir soluciones relevantes.
• Trabajar con Marketing y Ventas para generar pipeline.
• Desarrollar habilidades de venta consultiva y conciencia comercial.
• Mantener CRM actualizado con actividad e registros.

What You’ll Do

• Research companies and identify decision makers across German-speaking markets
• Use phone, email and LinkedIn to start meaningful business conversations
• Qualify opportunities and book meetings for Account Executives

• Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to create pipeline growth
• Develop consultative sales skills and commercial awareness
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity updates
