Flourish is seeking a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our Madrid team. The role focuses on researching German-speaking markets, identifying decision-makers, and initiating conversations via phone, email and LinkedIn.

You will qualify opportunities and book meetings for Account Executives, while learning to understand client challenges and present relevant solutions. The position offers a competitive base salary (€40,000) plus €15,000 OTE, with clear career progression
