We are currently recruiting a proactive, performance-minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive market growth across the DACH territory (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
Role Summary & Primary Duties
In this role, you will accelerate revenue generation by sourcing high-quality leads and expanding our footprint throughout German-speaking regions through targeted outbound outreach.
Main Responsibilities
- Execute 60 to 70 cold calls daily to prospective business leaders in the e-commerce sector.
- Discover, research, and map SMB and mid-market accounts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Drive meaningful discussions, uncover client challenges, and position our search platform as the ideal solution.
- Evaluate inbound and outbound prospects, booking verified product demos for Account Executives.
- Manage multi-channel outreach strategies utilizing phone calls, customized emails, and LinkedIn engagement.
Candidate Profile
Core Requirements
- Practical experience in phone-heavy outbound B2B sales.
- Track record of meeting or surpassing daily activity targets and monthly meeting quotas.
- Strong resilience, active listening skills, effective objection handling, and a persuasive phone demeanor.
- Hands-on experience with modern sales software and CRMs (such as Salesforce or HubSpot).
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in SaaS, e-commerce technology, martech, or search software.
- Experience working within fast-paced sales teams or rapidly scaling startup environments.
Language Capabilities
- Fluent German: Essential for conducting cold outreach and establishing authority in the DACH region.
- Professional English or Spanish: Essential for internal communication and team alignment.
Location, Work Model & Schedule
- Work Arrangement: 100% In-Office (Madrid). Fully on-site at our Madrid facility to encourage real-time collaboration and team integration.
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 09:00 - 18:00; Friday: 09:00 - 15:00.
- Onboarding: Structured 4-week onboarding program during your first month covering software features, sales methodologies, and tech tools.
Compensation & Financial Incentives
- Base Salary: €30,000 gross annual pay.
- Uncapped Monthly Variable: €600 target payout tied to performance multipliers:
- 80% Target Attained: 1.3x multiplier
- 100% Target Attained: 2.0x multiplier (€1,200 total)
- 150% Target Attained: 3.0x multiplier (€1,800 total)
- Quarterly Accelerator: Exceed a 150% average target over three months to retroactively unlock the 3.0x multiplier across all three months.
