Euro London Appointments Ltd is recruiting a Luxury Travel Consultant (m/f/d) fluent in German and English to join our client's luxury travel team in Spain or the United Kingdom. You will advise premium cardholders by phone and email, handle inquiries, prepare quotes, make bookings, and craft bespoke itineraries.

The role requires a university degree in tourism or equivalent, several years in travel, strong Amadeus/GDS knowledge, and a passion for luxury travel.

Formación

• University degree in tourism or equivalent.
• Several years of travel industry experience (tour operator or agency).
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken) at C2 level.
• Knowledge of destinations and travel product.
• Passion for travel and luxury lifestyle.

Responsabilidades

• Advise customers (premium cardholders) in German and English by phone and email.
• Handle inquiries, from quotes to invoicing for trips.
• Make bookings with airlines, hotels and travel agencies.
• Prepare bespoke quotes and travel documents, and draw up itineraries.
• Advise on and arrange luxury travel experiences.
• Actively promote special promotions and exclusive offers.
