Euro London Appointments Ltd seeks a Luxury Travel Consultant (m/f/d) fluent in German and English to join a luxury travel division. You will advise premium cardholders by telephone and email, prepare quotes, make bookings with carriers, and craft bespoke itineraries.

The role requires a passion for luxury travel, strong GDS (Amadeus) knowledge, and a service-oriented mindset. Full-time, 80%+ workload, with flexible hours and weekend rotation.

Formación

• Excellent command of German and English, written and spoken (C2).
• French or Italian a plus.
• University degree in tourism or equivalent.
• Several years in travel industry with operator or agency.
• Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus) and destinations.
• Passion for travel and luxury lifestyle, gastronomy and culture.
• Service-oriented, flexible, able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work full-time (min 80%).
• 5 days/week 08:00–20:00 GMT, Sunday–Thursday, every 3rd weekend off.

Responsabilidades

• Advise premium cardholders by telephone and email in German and English.
• Handle enquiries from quotes to invoicing for trips.
• Make bookings with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies.
• Prepare bespoke quotes and travel documents; draw up itineraries.
• Advise on and arrange luxury travel experiences; promote promotions.
