Key responsibilities
  • Make structured follow-up calls to potential customers who have already shown interest in premium automotive products
  • Represent a renowned automotive brand with professionalism, warmth and a high-end customer experience
  • Understand client needs, handle objections (including around pricing/offers) and reinforce the value of the brand
  • Record and summarise customer interactions and insights in the CRM to support internal sales and retail teams
  • Maintain continuity of relationships through both follow-up and offer-related communications
  • Uphold the brands premium standards in every call and interaction
What were looking for
  • Native or fluent German (C1+) and strong English
  • At least high-school diploma; a background in business, automotive or communications is a plus
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service ideally within automotive, luxury goods or premium services
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence when interacting with high-end clientele
  • Genuine interest in the automotive industry and ability to speak authentically about premium brands
  • Structured working style, good attention to detail, and ability to follow call scripts and document interactions clearly
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Spain is mandatory
