Cross Border Talents in Barcelona, a hybrid role, is seeking a Google Ads Sales Executive to onboard and advise German-market clients while driving revenue growth through PPC campaigns, outbound sales and upselling. You will work with a team to optimize campaigns and manage client relationships.

Requirements include 2+ years in sales/marketing, strong Google Ads knowledge, and a solid grasp of the German market and GDPR. Relocation assistance and career development are part of the package.

Formación

• 2+ years in sales and/or marketing
• Strong Google Ads/PPC and digital marketing knowledge
• Excellent understanding of the German market and business culture
• Comfortable with outbound sales, KPIs and client relationship management
• CRM and AI-tool experience
• Knowledge of GDPR/data privacy

Work model: Hybrid, Monday-Friday
Languages: German C2 + high-level English
Salary: €26,000 base + €4,000 performance bonus, with accelerators above target
Relocation: Flight + private studio accommodation, subject to availability
