Ignite in Barcelona seeks an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of mid-market and scaling tech clients. You will coordinate Google Ads campaigns, drive feature adoption, and minimize churn while forging lasting partnerships in a dynamic, oceanfront workplace.

The role requires native German (C1-C2) and professional English, strong CRM skills, and proactive outreach. Hybrid work includes 3 days onsite and 2 remote days, with clear advancement paths.

Qualifications

• German (C1-C2) and English proficiency for client interactions and internal admin.
• Ability to manage client portfolios independently and use CRM tools.
• Willingness to conduct outbound outreach and build commercial relationships.
• Comfort with digital tools and AI-enabled data workflows.

Responsabilités

• Onboard new accounts and design customized, high-performing PPC campaigns.
• Conduct outbound calls to educate clients and grow account lifetime value.
• Analyze goals to build scalable campaigns and maximize ROAS.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of client touchpoints and milestones.
• Review metrics to deliver actionable reports and optimization advice.
• Align Google Ads with sales funnels, landing pages, and audience segmentation.
• Relay German market trends to influence product updates and service standards.
