Ignite in Barcelona is seeking a high-performing German-speaking client partner to drive Google Ads initiatives for mid-sized businesses and tech innovators across the German market.

You will manage a curated portfolio, onboard clients, tailor PPC strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize ROI while minimizing churn. The hybrid model blends on-site collaboration at World Trade Center Barcelona with remote work.

Qualifications

• German (C1–C2) and business English required for client communication.
• Proven ability to manage client portfolios in Google Ads context.
• Experience driving revenue growth and reducing churn.
• Strong CRM usage and data-driven decision making.
• Able to work in a hybrid Barcelona location.

Responsabilités

• Onboarding & PPC strategy: main contact for integrating new corporate clients with high-yield, customized PPC.
• Proactive client engagement: conduct outbound calls to educate account holders and expand value.
• Needs assessment & setup: define objectives and launch scalable campaigns for rapid ROI.
• CRM & portfolio management: maintain accurate logs of interactions in CRM systems.
• Performance analysis & reporting: analyze campaign data and deliver actionable optimization recommendations.
• Funnel & content integration: advise on aligning Google Ads with landing pages and audience testing.
• Market feedback loop: share local insights from Germany to refine products and services.
