What You'll Do
  • Trusted Advisor : Onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns.
  • Outbound Engagement : Make outbound calls to promote services, understand client objectives, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Campaign Setup : Set up strategic, results-driven campaigns for immediate impact and long-term success.
  • Growth & Upselling : Be responsible for increasing client spend and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Database Management : Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
  • High-Volume Interaction : Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.
What You'll Bring
  • Language Skills : C2 level of German and C2 level of English.
  • Experience : 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with previous client-facing experience in high-stakes environments.
  • Education : BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
