What You’ll Do
  • Partner with major clients to optimize their digital advertising strategies and achieve stronger campaign performance.
  • Provide insight-driven consultative support aligned to each clients goals.
  • Analyze performance data identify opportunities and shape long-term growth plans.
  • Build strong lasting relationships based on trust expertise and continuous value.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor progress adjust strategies and ensure ongoing success.
  • Guide clients through advanced advertising concepts tools and best practices to help them stay competitive.
What We’re Looking For
  • BA / BS degree in Marketing Business or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • C2 German and strong English communication skills.
  • 12 years of experience in sales online advertising or account management.
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms and marketing strategy; experience with larger clients is a plus.
  • A mid / senior-level profile capable of delivering high-level strategic consultations.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a consultative mindset.
