• Salary: €1,825.21 gross per month (full‑time)
• Contract: Permanent with 2 months probation
• Working hours: Choice of 39, 36, 34 or 32 hours per week
• Opening hours: Monday‑Sunday 07:00‑23:00 (full‑time training two weeks at our office in Alicante, followed by 2 weeks on‑the‑job training)
• Training schedule: Monday‑Friday 09:00‑18:00
• Workplace: 100% on‑site first 3 months, hybrid possible later (2 office days per month mandatory)

Join Transcom as a German‑speaking Customer Service Representative!

Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:

• Help customers with their online banking questions
• Provide an excellent customer experience via phone, email or chat
• Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge and learn with colleagues

Note: Sales are not part of your job, and you can handle conversations in your own way, without a script. You don’t need to be a technical expert, but you should have good communication skills and enjoy answering customer questions. No customer service experience? No problem! You will receive a paid 2‑week full‑time training where we teach you everything you need to know. You’ll gain some great new skills!

Requirements

• Languages: German C1‑C2 level and English B2 level
• Availability: Monday‑Sunday 07:00‑23:00, at least 5 days per week, two evenings per week until 23:00, plus two weekends per month (Saturday and Sunday)
• Full‑time training: Fully available during the 4‑week training phase
• Qualifications: Service‑oriented, strong communication skills, affinity for administrative tasks, basic computer knowledge and experience
• Documents: Valid European passport (EU ID card is not sufficient unless you have already worked in Spain)
