Become the new back-office specialist in Barcelona for our client!
Your responsibilities and impact as a Claim Agent:
- Supporting customer-facing colleagues as a problem solver, handling complex issues concerning contracts, etc.
- Ensuring quick resolutions for problems.
- Collaborating with partners and providing guidance for issue resolution to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Being in direct contact with customers to understand and act on their needs.
Skills, qualifications, and interests needed to succeed in this role:
- Native level of German and good proficiency in English or Spanish.
- Previous experience in administrative or back-office work is a plus.
- Ability to work in a coordinated, organized, and autonomous manner.
- Energetic, innovative, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
- Living in or willing to relocate to Barcelona for an international career and life experience.
- Valid Spanish work permit (required).
