About the Role In this hunter position you will:

  • Prospect and engage potential new clients in the German‑speaking market through cold outreach (calls, emails, social media) and strategic networking.
  • Qualify leads, build a sales pipeline, and hand over high‑quality opportunities to your account‑management or sales team.
  • Develop compelling value propositions, engage decision‑makers, and articulate business‑case benefits.
  • Track and report your activity and results in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and visibility of progress.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and business‑units to refine approach and improve conversion.
  • EU citizenship or a valid EU work permit for the country where the role is located is required.

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C1 or above) excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong command of English (minimum B1/B2) to coordinate with international stakeholders.
  • Proven sales or business‑development experience with a hunter mindset (ideally 2+ years in B2B outbound selling).
  • Comfortable working proactively you initiate contacts, build momentum and track success.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and pipeline‑management processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills; comfortable engaging senior prospects.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
