Formación

  • 24 years of outbound B2B sales experience (SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales).
  • Prior experience leading or coaching sales teams.
  • Structured, proactive, and results-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage a team of 35 BDRs, driving performance through coaching.
  • Deliver high-quality sales qualified leads (SQLs) per month.
  • Own and report on KPIs across SQL volume and conversion efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Account Management on outreach strategies.
