WW Talents in Madrid, Spain seeks a German-speaking Account Executive to drive new business in the German-speaking market, owning the full B2B sales cycle and turning qualified leads into paying subscribers.

This on-site role starts fully in Madrid for five months, then hybrid with occasional office work, and requires relocation at your own expense; candidates must reside in Spain with legal work rights.

Formación

• German native-level or bilingual proficiency.
• Strong professional communication in English.
• Currently living in Spain and legal right to work in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full B2B sales cycle from first contact to closing.
• Prospect and engage potential clients in the German-speaking market.
• Conduct outbound calls and manage a high volume of sales activity.
• Make approximately 80–100 calls per day.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Manage free trials and guide prospects through the buying process.
• Convert trials into paid subscriptions and generate new MRR.
• Handover new customers to the Customer Experience team after subscription activation.
